TG Compass provides a search engine that indexes public Telegram groups, channels, and bots to help users discover communities by keyword, topic, language, or country. The Service includes:

• Instant search functionality across millions of messages and channels
• Filtering capabilities by language, country, and category
• Verified results prioritizing active and safe communities
• Unlimited searches without account creation or payment

Our Service is provided free of charge and does not require user registration or personal information to search or browse. However, to join a Telegram group or channel discovered through our Site, you will need a Telegram account.

No Account Required: You may use the Site without creating an account. We do not require you to provide any personal information to use the core search functionality of the Service.

Age Restriction: You must be at least 13 years of age to use the Site. If you are between the ages of 13 and 18, you represent that they have obtained parental or guardian consent to use the Service.

• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to, interfere with, damage, or disrupt any parts of the Site, the server on which the Site is stored, or any server, computer, or database connected to the Site
• Use the Site to promote or facilitate illegal activities or any content that is unlawful, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, tortious, defamatory, vulgar, obscene, libelous, invasive of another's privacy, hateful, or racially, ethnically, or otherwise objectionable
• Scrape, index, harvest, or aggregate data from the Site for any commercial purpose without our express written consent

TG Compass does not host user-generated content. The Site indexes and provides links to public Telegram groups, channels, and bots that are hosted on third-party servers and platforms. We do not control, verify, or endorse any content found within these third-party Telegram communities.

No Responsibility for Third-Party Content: We are not responsible for the accuracy, reliability, legality, or appropriateness of any content, information, or materials available through Telegram groups or channels indexed by our Site. Users access such third-party content at their own risk.

Reporting Objectionable Content: If you believe that any content accessible through our Site violates your rights or applicable law, please contact us at legal@tgcompass.com. While we do not control third-party content, we will make reasonable efforts to investigate reports and may remove links to content that we determine violate these Terms.

OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ANY AND ALL CLAIMS ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THESE TERMS OR YOUR USE OF THE SITE SHALL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF: (A) THE TOTAL AMOUNT YOU HAVE PAID US IN THE SIX (6) MONTHS PRIOR TO THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM, OR (B) ONE HUNDRED DOLLARS ($100).

Dispute Resolution: Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association (AAA) in accordance with its Consumer Arbitration Rules. The arbitration shall take place in San Francisco, California.

Class Action Waiver: You agree that any dispute resolution proceedings will be conducted only on an individual basis and not in a class, consolidated, or representative action. You expressly waive any right to participate in any class action or class-wide arbitration against TG Compass.

Venue for Arbitration: The exclusive venue for any arbitration shall be San Francisco, California.

We respect the intellectual property rights of others and comply with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA). If you believe that any content accessible through our Site infringes your copyright, you may submit a DMCA notice to our designated copyright agent at legal@tgcompass.com.

Your DMCA notice must include:

• A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or person authorized to act on their behalf
• Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed
• Identification of the material that is claimed to be infringing and information reasonably sufficient to permit us to locate the material
• Your contact information, including address, telephone number, and email address
• A statement that you have a good faith belief that use of the material in the manner complained of is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law
• A statement that the information in the notification is accurate, and under penalty of perjury, that you are authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner
