These channels move fastest. Model releases, research papers and practical Python or TensorFlow tutorials often appear here before the mainstream tech press covers them. The two largest in the list are also two of the largest technical communities on Telegram in any language.

Programming languages

There is an active community for every major language, from the main Python channel down to language-specific groups for Go, Rust and Kotlin. GitHub Trending is worth a separate mention: it posts the day's trending repositories automatically, which is a low-effort way to keep an eye on new tools.

Web and frontend

Mobile development
